Tax-exempt status
SocDevJustice is a nonprofit tax-exempt organization under German law: Körperschaftsteuergesetz § 5 Abs. 1 Nr. 9, and according to the decision of Finanzamt Leipzig II, Steuer-Nr. 231/141/10795 K07 from 23.12.2010. The current certificate of tax exemption was issued on 13.05.2024 by the Kiel tax office under tax number 20/293/81104.
